I feel sad sometimes when I order Foie Gras as I think about Californians who can't find Foie Gras in their plates or restaurants...then I feel much better when my plate arrives.
Normally I used to eat Foie Gras only for specials occasions : Chirstmas, Birthday... but since I live in London, eating Foie Gras is something I do often as it remind me a bit of my hometown in South West of France.
Below a selection of some of my favorite dishes I ate this year with Foie Gras.

Je me sens triste parfois quand je commande du Foie Gras car je pense aux Californiens qui ne peuvent pas trouver de foie gras dans leurs assiettes ou restaurants...puis je me sens mieux quand mon assiette arrive.
Normalement je ne mangeais du Foie Gras que pour des occasions spéciales : Noël, anniversaires... mais depuis que je vis à Londres, j'en mange souvent car cela me rappelle ma douce France du Sud-Ouest.
